Homestead Clubhouse

The Tallyn’s Reach Clubhouse features a wonderful meeting space and a place to relax with family and friends. It is easy to entertain with the built-in kitchen that includes a fridge, stove, and microwave. Need tables and chairs for your event? The clubhouse has tables and folding chairs ready for you to use.

Reserve the Clubhouse

• Clubhouse rental is available from 8:00am-12:00am.
• Your reservation time block includes the event itself, set up, tear down and clean up.
• Clubhouse reservations do not include use of the pool.
• Facility will be booked no more than 9 months in advance for residents and 6 months for non-residents
• Maximum capacity: 72
• Clubhouse deposit: $300
• Resident fee: $90 for 3 hours, $30 each additional hour (3 hour minimum) *2 weeks’ notice required
• Non-resident fee: $420 for 3 hours, $140 each addition hour (3 hour minimum) *2 weeks’ notice required
• Payments must be made at the time of reservation. Reservations must be made at a minimum of 14 days in advance and a maximum of 270 days in advance for residents, 180 days in advance for non-residents.
• Non-residents using the facility shall return the key card to the place of pick up within 48 hours of your event or will be charged a $25 replacement fee.
• Non-residents will be charged the full deposit at the time of booking which will be refunded within 10 days following a post-rental inspection.
• Upon booking, you will receive a confirmation email from the booking system. Rental parties should review the full Rules and Regulations here.
• The clubhouse may be reserved for no more than 2 weekend days (Friday – Sunday) per month per resident.
• Cleanup of the facility is required by the reserving party. Cleaning supplies, trash bags, etc. are provided.
• Rentals include use of rental room and kitchen (refrigerator, sink, microwave, stove with oven and dishwasher).
• Available tables and chairs include (2) 8-ft. rectangular tables, (6) 6-ft. rectangular tables and 40 folding chairs.
• Security is required if you are serving alcohol and one alcohol server must be designated. The fee is $40/hour (starting 10/1/23) with a minimum of 4 hours.
• Prohibited items include: glitter, staples, confetti, birdseed, tacks, nails, tape and rice.

Access Card Information

• One access card is allowed per address - cards are for residents only.
• Initial card cost and replacement cost is $25.
• As your residency is verified, your card will be mailed out to you. Please allow two weeks for the process.
